What are you saying or speaking about your situation? What are you saying regarding your life?
To “Say” is defined as “to utter words so as to convey information, an opinion, a feeling or intention, or an instruction.”
So when you speak or say something negative you or sending out an instruction or intention regarding your situation!
If you are wondering why things are going wrong or not quite like what you want. Change what you say. Speak what you desire, even if you don’t see. You can absolutely change your circumstances, your money, your health, your Life.
One of the things I do to empower me through what I say is to speak affirmations. An affirmation is a statement that is carefully crafted to address an unwanted pattern and transform it through the use of positive thought. An affirmation or affirming statement can be a phrase that is written down or a statement that is repeated verbally. An affirmation may also be an audio recording that is listened to repeatedly. Affirmations focus attention on the positive outcome of a situation, and are structured to affirm that the positive outcome is already a reality.
Today set your intention on good things, positive outcomes and a new way of thinking! Below are Affirmations for you to begin the process.
· I am Blessed
