The summer is approaching, the weather is changing and ideas are churning. Every channel, billboard and commercial are saturated with weight loss advertisement. It constantly reminds you to maintain your health and fitness goal.

The year is well in its way and you have remained diligent with your workout routine. You’ve noticed a drastic change in your body and the way your clothes fit. Wardrobe change….!!!!!
