Often we are consumed with taking care of everyone and everything we forget to take time for ourselves. It is so easy to go through the day without paying attention to ourselves. Consumed with taking care of the kids, the house, the dogs, and our spouse we omit ourselves from being cared for. So what do we do? You may not be the shopping type, you may not be the manicure type, you may not be the quiet type; but whatever type you are find it. Whatever it is that calms you and gives you that sigh of relief do it. When you are taken care of ultimately everyone is taken care of.
