I always tell people about nlp. Programming the behavior in how they feel in a motivational way. If someone tells you can’t all the time, u don’t surround yourself with good people you start to believe what you hear. I use positive affirmations techniques and the hammer technique to hammer motivation in the brain because i  can do it. . Success equals happiness
