  40. Comment by Rahiem Brooks Heyyyyyyyyyyy! I want in. LOL!
  41. Comment by Steve Anthony Rhoden I must say that I had my doubts about this website at first. After joining it, however, I must say that it has
been a great enrichment for me in terms of meeting positive black folk who are doing things in life. It always
takes one individual to step out and to make things happen for a mass of black folk especially. Computers is a part of modern technology. I no a lot of black folk out there who are not computer literate, but they act as though it is no big deal. Out of all the other black websites I am a member of, this is the only website that
will help one to promote their business, events, or whatever else. I have a friend in Chicago who is in the
process of building a black website as well. He asked me recently if I wanted to be a part of this endeavor.
I told him that I may be interested depending on my time, of course. Right now, this website is up, runn-
ing, and benefiting me and other black folk as well. My hat goes off to Mr. BFHS and the rest of his staff
    for making this happen. PEACE!

  42. Comment by Bahiyah Shabazz,MBA ... This site has allowed me to make connections personally and business. I look forward to continuing my message of Fabulous & Money Savvy™.
  43. I met Lisa R. Johnson on BFHS. We are working together on several projects. status by Valante M. Grant

  45. I have met some awesome people of BFHS. TCM will be working with Valente Grant for some upcoming projects. I love networking! Status by Patrece Myles
  46. I managed to connect with Mr. President that is so darn awesome and down to earth. I also connected with some amazing women that have truly blessed me like Bahiyah Shabazz, Felecia LaStrapas, and several others. The support from the leadership is exemplary of charismatic leaders that encourage, inspire, but also get the job done. Thanks for being you and Sangster Enterprises Inc and Think Royally Inc appreciate all you do!  ~Dawj Sangster

Was sitting thinking about the state of Black business and the dichotomy we face. As a business owner I have had to deal with the lack of support from my own people. From family to friends to my target audience myself and my business partner Kim Simmons struggled to create a place of growth for ourselves and everyone we met. Ultimately the lack of support was our downfall.
On the other hand there are so many Black businesses that do not do business well. Their lack of professionalism is a blight on the many Black businesses that work hard and actually do business. We are all lumped in and judged based on the bad business behavior and ethics of a few.
I am tired of us spreading this dark image of Black business. I am sick to death of being prejudged by my own people. So today I will celebrate some of my favorite Black business owners. Please feel free to add a great Black business to this list.

Ryan Hodge -BFHS; this man has dedicated his life to supporting and promoting black business.~LuuLuu Caillouet via

Keisha Nickole Black Folk Hot Spots was instrumental in the promotion of The New Bronzeville Community Theatre Company, NFP first production. I made some great connections with like minded individuals and also received great advice and support from Ryan aka Gio Hodge. So, check out the site. It's not just social networking, it's business networking and promotion!
