He responded with "Hi, I'm Pastor  ____   ______; pleased to meet you."

I didn't negate his name for his privacy, I negated his name because I don't remember it.

His introduction and strong inflection as "pastor" so outweighed his introduction as  ____   ______  that any further conversation with him…

Let's Go ..Wait I Don't Have A Passport????

Ok, so today I was reading through the online news reports and came across an article on social networking.  It talked about how there are more Americans with Facebook accounts than there are with passports, and how other countries issue more passports than we do.

"A staggering 155 million Americans - 50 per cent of the population - are on the social network, while only 115 million people - 37 per cent - have a passport.…

Danielle Taylor is an author, poet, former hair stylist, blogger, magazine owner, and she’s a book reviewer.  I must say that I admire Danielle’s grind. I’ve had the opportunity to speak to her over  the phone for a few hours and she’s quite an intriguing person.

"Jesus Wants to Be Our Friend"----Author: Felana Milbourne

Do you remember the song, “What a friend we have in Jesus….All our sins and grieves to bear….Can we find a friend so faithful, who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness; Take it to the Lord in prayer”.

I remember hearing that song almost every Sunday morning at my home church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. What an absolutely AWESOME song and it is the theme song…
