Life coaching /Talent Management
A life coaching/Talent Management program is a brand new movement that has never been done before used to help motivate and come up with a strategic goal setting program.
Setting the highest standards, for people who lack knowledge, about the entertainment industry.
Each year, high there is a high potential number of talented people who get steered the wrong way into the industry causing them to not last long in the business.
There are plenty of talent management companies that lure people in but do not tell them about what can happen they give the talent a sign in bonus and then pretty much leave them for dead.
The client then ends up in bankrupt, or sober prospect lured to alcoholism and drugs because, of the stress of being in the industry.
However, these model managers, acting mangers, and record labels don’t school these people because there only interested in them self’s.
s.johnson life coaching/talent management, and organizational structure that is based on giving the client full knowledge of what is going on in the industry and educating them on laws on everything so they won’t end up bankrupt or sued.
This is a major problem going on in the industry and it need to stop.
My focus is teaching the talent that you are what you think you are, and you get what you put in. If you put your all into it you can sew a seed with a humongous harvest. I’m talking about talent, Training, as well as education on everything from the beginning to end, AND TRUTH.
This is a movement that is going to change the world. I don’t want to be like everybody else. I want to change the entertainment industry AND THE LOOK that is being put on Hollywood. That we are only in it for us and all people don’t think like that.
Did you know many music artist are asked to change their songs. And make music to premote songs other music artists have written? That down sizes their passion a great deal. If a music artist wants to talk about love…. then why should they be forced to sing about crime? The entertainment industry proclaims it’s based on an image but that’s what they set your image. Are you not entitled to your own? Why is the entertainment industry downsizing talent?
s.johnson talent management is a sole proprietor based company that is partnered with many high profile clients. This movement is soon to be based in a plenty of offices worldwide.
