Thanks Ta Naisha! A lot of the foods you and Marguerite listed, I eat on a regular basis. I recently lost 40 lbs, so my diet has changed a lot, no fast foods, no red meats. I had already incorporated red cherries, as well as apple cider vinegar with very little improvement. I have a family history with gout on my father's side. He and his siblings all had it including his sisters! I'm seeing a rheumatologist in 2 weeks, so we'll see what's what.
