Profile Information
- Describe your business in at least 50-150 Words, so that people will know what to expect!
- Shoya's Writings was created in 2005. I began writing as an avenue to release pinned up anxiety from failed relationships. I wrote a tome of poetry and short stories entitled, Issues. I later wrote "Goodbye Don't Always Mean Gone" after receiving rave reviews. This book has been the spring board to my Stage Play, Love's Got A Hold On Me, which will be produced in March of 2012. I also consult those who are aspiring authors, "How to Self Publish Seminars" and Creative Writing Workshops. I am a member of Six Brown Chicks, a group of women authors, columnists, business owners and philanthropists that blog daily on Chicago Now about life, love and letting go of drama! We host our own webisodes on WCIU.com where we have a discussion about current topics on relationships. I believe "what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!"
