It's great to hear that you're moving in that direction!:) I'm on the Paleo-lithic (hunter/gatherer) lifestyle now, moving toward veganism. I'm about 80% raw. I don't cook most of my vegetables. I pretty much each: fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, some organic eggs, some lean meat. No sugar, no wheat, no dairy, NO GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD. I lost a little over 60 pounds in about 6 months! Please feel free to give me a call if you want to talk about what it's like to go Paleolithic, raw, and eventually vegan - 812-320-2161. Be blessed!
