- We are full-service Management Consulting firm that focuses on the restructure and enhancement of daily operating activities for small business & non-profit entities. We use a "client feedback" approach to evaluate your daily business process and determine the extent of which your business tasks need improvement. Our primary niche' in this area is full documentation. Meaning, myself as founder and CEO will ensure that clients receive full documentation of all policies, procedures and plans of action that are recommended by our company. But most of all, as the founder the company, I am an active participant in the client's project to ensure that their requests and stated requirements are met.
