WHAT IS U.A.P.A?

     U.A.P.A stands for an organization called,  United American

Progress Association.  This organization was organized and started

in 1961 by a gentleman by the name of Mr. Webb Evans.  The over-

all purpose of this organization is to improve the economic condition

of black people within their various communities.  It is basically

about teaching black people how to buy "black" among already exist-

ing black owned businesses while yet building and creating other

black owned businesses in order to keep the wealth flowing within

our own domain.  Let's be a part of the solution rather than being

a part of the problem.
