My favorite is from Nas, "quiet N kill/ loud N talk ish/ those be the ones that get killed/ it's wild where we walk kid" and "association breeds similarity".
I apply it to my business this way: some talk and don't do anything. some are so busy doing we don't have time to talk. Keep people around you are are busy doing and it will motivate, and connect, you to bigger things.
