Event Description
Tracy N. Smalls is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Walk for Healthier Relationships on October 20, 2012 at Cochran Park in Stockbridge, Georgia. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Healing Hearts of Families USA Ministries. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with the walk beginning promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Last year’s inaugural event garnered 15 participants who enjoyed walking and talking about how to work towards having healthier relationships as one of the means to help end domestic violence. This year, Tracy is shooting for at least 100 walkers so that Healing Hearts can gain the benefit of a substantial monetary donation, which will be presented the same night at their anniversary dinner.
The 2nd Annual Walk for Healthier Relationships is slated to include a Kids Fun Corner as well as various vendors. We would like for you to register as a walker or event sponsor. If you cannot attend the event, please consider sponsoring a walker or two.
